When looking to totally refurbish the two bathrooms in our Apartment in Mallorca we made extensive enquiries as to how best to undertake this work.
We eventually narrowed down the options to three suppliers and it quickly became clear to us that Steevi Ware “The British Plumber” should be entrusted to undertake what was for us a large and important task. Right from the outset Steevi took the time to ensure he knew exactly what we were looking for as a finished product. He went out of his way and actually took us to the suppliers he planned to use so that we could discuss with them, directly, the actual tiles, confirm the colour of the grouting etc. Throughout the refurbishment process Steevi kept us up to date with progress on a weekly basis, including detailed photographs. As with all such projects some minor changes were required to the original specification and these were efficiently dealt with by Steevi Ware’s team with no adverse effect on the agreed budget or timescale. When we returned to Mallorca to inspect the work upon completion there were no surprises and – most impressively – Steevi has kept in touch after completion to ensure we were still happy with the work. We have been using Steevi’s services since 2010 and have always found him to be reliable, professional and totally honest in all his dealings. Even more so over the last couple of years when we had an ongoing problem with a chip in our bath. Steevi and his team tried to repair it unsuccessfully by having the whole bath painted but as the bath had handles the paint wouldn’t adhere. Steevi resolved this problem by replacing the whole bath at his expense. It’s easy for a contractor to be good when everything goes according to plan but when something unforeseen goes wrong it takes a very honorable person to continue to put things right and not wash their hands of the issue (or indeed blame someone else). We would have no hesitation in recommending Steevi and his team for any job – large or small. When you aren’t in the country and something goes wrong it is so reassuring to know a phone call can sort things. Steevi takes great pride in his team’s work and customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to him. Money can’t buy a good reputation only good workmanship and honesty can do that.
